The first 2 levels host a very social, open, and welcoming vibe for many options. There is comfortable seating for at least 20 people on each floor as it serves well on comfort for many hosts for their events. Additional spaces that serve well for many photo and video shoots are the master bedroom with a custom tub that has been the centerpiece for many beauty products photo shoots, an office, two bedrooms, hallway landings, and of course a pretty dope rooftop. Whatever vibe and need you are looking for, this Bronzeville Beauty has it!

House is cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis in addition to being cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after each event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
