This is a warehouse studio with concrete flooring and brick walls that gives off a unique and urban vibe. It's an amazing setting for photo and video shoots and is big enough to run an A and B unit. There is a large west facing window that gets amazing sunlight that can be easily closed and blacked out with a pull-down door. Users will have full access to our second floor production studio space as well as our office and community spaces downstairs for shooting additional scenes. There is ample street parking on Jefferson Ave as well as Toronto Street at our main office entrance. We have a garage door at our Toronto Street entrance that can be used for gear unloading and loading. One car can park inside the space at this garage entrance, but we reserve this for cars that need to load in gear. Our office space downstairs provides two bathrooms, a kitchen, and office space for producers and directors to review media and plan. We have production gear that can be rented to accommodate your studio needs.

Studios is housed in a historic building that was once used as the horse stable for the Schmidt Brewery. The building uses much of its original structure and has a great combination of old and new styles with the renovations and updates our business has put into it. Today the building houses our Dual production office space as and well as our production studio upstairs. We are right off the historic West 7th neighborhood in Saint Paul. There is a rich collection of locally owned restaurants, shops, and small businesses, and we are only two miles away from downtown Saint Paul. The Schmidt Artist Lofts right across the street ensures our neighborhood is filled with young creatives.
Working on a low budget or passion project and unsure if you can afford studio space? Please reach out and let us know your idea! Our lines of communication are always open and we’d love to hear about your vision and how we can collaborate to make it a reality.
