About the Space
4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house with open kitchen/living layout located 5 minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Beds are fully made and reservations can be extended to overnight stays. Cleaning fee is the same regardless of length of stay for sufficient cleaning protocols between guests. Full access to inside the house and backyard/pool. The fully fenced backyard and pool is perfect for a pool day or small family gathering. The pool has a shallow end and deep end with a couple of pool floaties. There is also a diving board - please use caution and use at your own risk. The covered patio also houses the outdoor dining table, which can accommodate 8 seats. The 4 lounge chairs are perfect for catching some sun by the pool! Feel free to bring your own lawn games. There is one set of cornhole for your enjoyment.

The surfaces are cleaned according to COVID cleaning standards. The lawn is mowed 2x/week and the pool is serviced between guests to re-balance and sanitize the water and remove any outdoor debris such as dust or leaves.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
