Venue Rental Rules & Responsibilities Renter Responsibilities: - Restore the Space: Return all furniture to its original position. Moving artwork and plants is strictly prohibited. A $100 fee applies for moved items, plus any damages. - Respect Rental Time: Your booking includes setup and cleanup time. Overstaying will incur a $300 per hour fee, charged in full-hour increments. - Damage Authorization: A credit card authorization form (up to $500) must be completed, signed, and returned at least 24 hours before your event. - Report Damages: Accidents happen—please notify us immediately so we can address any issues before the next rental. Trash Disposal: - Sort trash and recycling into the provided bins. - Bins must be left on the patio after your event. Do not remove bags from the plastic bins. All excess trash must be taken with you at the end of your event. - Break down all boxes and place them next to the recyling bin on the patio. - Failure to comply with trash disposal policies will result in a minimum of $100 fine. Tip: Remove excess packaging from decorations before arriving at the venue. Fees: The renter is responsible for all outlined fees in our rental information sheet, provided at booking. General Rules 🚫 No smoking or pets. 🚫 No cooking allowed. ✅ BYO alcohol and food (including catering) is allowed. 📌 Event suitability: Parties are approved on a case-by-case basis; flat rates may apply. 🌿 Respect the space: Do not touch or move plants, artwork, or furnishings. ⚠️ Shelving & Surfaces: - Do not place anything on shelves—they are for display only. - The window seat is for sitting only—not for food or drinks. 🛑 Decor Restrictions: - No packing tape, tacks, putty, or adhesives on walls, furniture, or plants. - Painter’s tape is allowed on walls only and must be fully removed after the event. A $100+ fee applies for any tape removal or repainting. 💰 Lost/Broken Items: The renter is responsible for replacement costs. 📦 Leftover Items: Anything left after your rental period may incur an additional fee. 🌙 Patio Use: - The patio must be cleaned, and doors closed by 10PM - No one is allowed on the patio after 10 PM.
