About the Space
Our 10 acre property is located on a private road in Topanga. It is surrounded by impressive rock formations, ridges, mountain peaks, and chaparral. Our spacious 3,650 sq. ft. home was built by us in the early 90's to look like a California Rancho built in the 1920's. In addition to our home, we have a beautiful garden surrounding the house with a fountain, and citrus orchard. The property provides many backdrops and plenty of natural light. In addition to the house and garden, we have a pool and horse facility that can be used for filming and photo shoots. Please see our other listings. All listings can be used in conjunction with each other. Our property has been used for film production and still shoots for the last 20 years. Most notably, our house and horse facility was used in the first season of FX’ ‘Snowfall", and more recently, our living room was used in the mini series, "Daisy Jones and the 6". We have had many other film shoots for music videos, and commercials. We have had fashion shoots for websites, magazines, and catalogs. A recent interview was with CBS Sunday Morning News with Benedict Cumberbatch.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned weekly, using disinfectant cleaners. Floors are swept, carpets are vacuumed tables and counters are wiped down, Toilets are cleaned. All doors and commonly touched surfaces are cleaned daily.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
