About the Space
Built in 2019, set on 40 acres, the 2400 sq. ft pole BARN is used for various celebrations (quinceaneras, weddings, birthdays, family reunions, etc.). It is set in the quiet countryside with a view of the Sierra Neveda Mountains. The 3 acre barn space includes the Barn, outside ceremony area, and parking. Interior: Concrete floor, Exposed wood beams, insulated, hanging string lights, two large ceiling fans. The interior is decorated with antique furniture and a western food and drink bar. Exterior: Red metal, white trim, 2 black/white sliding barn doors, 2 roll-up doors. Outside: Portapotty, Wedding Ceremony Area. Electrical (String lights and fans) and outlets are powered by a generator. NO AC/or Heater (except portable heaters) **Propane is extra if heaters are used.

The indoor area is cleaned before the event/gathering. The porta potty is cleaned by the company that owns it.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
