About the Space
Welcome to our Eichler — a mid century modernism gem located at the base of a hill backing up to unobstructed open space land. Our Eichler was built in the 1960s by famed builder Joseph Eichler and architect Claude Oakland. Architectural details include floor to ceiling windows, board and beam exposed wood ceilings and concrete floors. The design of the space is organic minimal with odes to its mid century soul. The natural light coming through the atrium skylights are perfect during the day for photo shoots. The space includes 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and backyard with pool and sauna. Heating of the pool and use of sauna are an additional charge. The space can accommodate up to 10 guests. Rates are for still photography only. Inquire for video production.

Our space is thoroughly cleaned between bookings. Any additional cleaning / repairs needed (for example but not limited to clogged toilets, nicks on walls, broken glassware, etc) will be an additional charge.
