Our charming two bed, 1 bath guesthouse is centrally located in midtown Phoenix. Walkable, friendly neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops nearby. Enjoy our shared backyard with hot tub, fire table & gas grill at your disposal. 75 inch Smart TV with Chromecast and arcade cabinet with thousands of video games. Our charming guesthouse is the perfect home base for a trip to Phoenix, centrally located near downtown and surrounding cities. The house sleeps 4 (can accommodate 6 w/ air mattress, please request ahead) with 2 bedrooms (1 queen & 1 double bed). Conveniently located in central Phoenix, 10 minutes from downtown in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood called St. Gregory. Near the sports teams, 10 minutes from the Suns and Diamondbacks stadiums, Roosevelt Row, and 15 minutes from the airport. The hot tub is usable year round. We adjust the heat accordingly in the summer. Pool towels are provided. The hot tub is in the backyard between our main house and the guesthouse where you will stay. The hot tub water is replaced before each guest stay and you will be the only one to use it while you are here. Fully stocked kitchenette (no stove/oven) with: griddle, air fryer, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker & fridge, dishes and utensils, and blender. Anything in the cabinets & fridge is available to you. Bathroom provides a shower with plenty of towels and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hair dryer provided). Parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway and ample street parking out front. We have wifi, and a 75" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney, HBO Max or Chromecast if you'd like to stream your own apps. The shared backyard includes a propane grill (fully stocked with gas and grill equipment) and propane fire table. LED patio lights decorate the courtyard and provide a refreshing glow in the evening. Encanto Park is nearby for picnics, walks, sports, or taking the kids to the playground or Enchanted Island Amusement Park. There is also a coworking space a few short blocks away (5 minute walk) on 15th Ave. We can supply a pack 'n play, high chair, stroller & other baby/toddler items on request. Interested in kayaking Tempe Town Lake, Lake Pleasant, or the Salt River? We have an inflatable kayak and SUP board available for rent during your stay. The hot tub is usable year-round. The water is replaced before each guest stay and you will be the only one to use it while you are here. We are available by text for all guests. Anyone that needs anything is responded to generally within 10 minutes. We are happy to provide recommendations for things to do and answer any questions during your stay. St. Gregory is one of the friendliest neighborhoods in Phoenix. The church bells tell the hour and we are less than a mile from Safeway & Sprouts. Our guesthouse in Midtown, provides a neighborhood feel that's only minutes from downtown. The guesthouse is your own private space with separate entry. There is a shared backyard with the main house. During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the hot tub and fire table. There is a security system in the house monitored by Link Interactive that provides guests with security for their possessions when they are away from the home. There is a camera that is used for evidence in the case of a break-in. The only camera is in the main room near the front door. The camera is easily visible and has a green light on when active. We unplug this camera before guests arrive which you can easily verify by seeing the cord unplugged which is located directly below the camera.
