Equipment can be loaded from the street parking or parking lot if needed. Parking in lot is prohibited.

General Rules *please read* By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. Failing to obey rules may result in the booking period ending early without any refund. In addition, if you fail to obey rules and damage property you may be charged extra fines. Host is on-site at all times. PROHIBITED: - Parking lot use is strictly prohibited for parties above 7 guests. - No standing on the furniture - No food or drinks other than water near furniture - No smoking in building - No alcohol in building - No pets - No disturbance of neighbors in the building, including but not limited to, loitering, excessive trash, and excess noise. Music is permitted at a normal volume. - No feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches or rugs are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them. PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES You are responsible for leaving the studio the exact way it was prior to your booking. The studio is inspected before booking begins and right after booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed via Peerspace. Please be aware that your set up and clean up must be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Furniture not returned to its original location may result in fees starting at $50. If you would like furniture to be moved, please contact us. OVERTIME FEE: No free overtime. To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the room when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30 minute increments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.

Furniture can be moved from the room into the other rooms if needed but needs to be placed where it was originally before the end of the rental period.
