1. Smoking and/or vaping is only permitted outside, and 20 ft. away from the doors. 2. All groups will be held responsible to pay for any damages due to negligence on their part. 3. Rooms must be kept clean and returned to original configuration after any meeting. Especially, chairs and tables. Please clean up spills promptly to avoid permanent staining. There are mops and buckets available in the church kitchen by Parish Hall. 4. Respect all equipment and furnishings in God’s House. Do not climb, sit on, or otherwise misuse the tables, chairs, radiators, and windowsills. Do not allow any children in your group to engage in these activities. 5. The name of St. Thomas Episcopal Church may not be used in group advertisement or promotion without prior approval of the Rector and/or Vestry. For example, if you are planning a trip and advertise it in any newspaper, you may not advertise it as a “St. Thomas; STW”. 6. The kitchen is not to be used unless permission is granted by the Church. 7. Thermostats are not to be tampered with. 8. Church policy requires two adults to be present for any activity with children. If your group provides baby-sitting, you must have two adults present at all times. Policy also requires an adult to supervise children when using restrooms.
