No parties or functions allowed, small gatherings are permitted with all registered guests. No smoking of any kind in / on the property. No un-registered guests allowed. You run the risk of having no insurance by not registering every guest staying at the property with you. Airbnb is quite strict about their liability insurance, something many guests don’t realize! Pets are allowed if they are approved in writing at time of making your reservation. All guests are responsible for checking the parameter of the property to ensure all pets waste is removed at check-out otherwise an additional $150 fee applies. No illegal substances are permitted on the premises at any time. Do not rearrange furniture, many of our pieces of vintage luxury pieces and can be easily damaged. No food / drinks in the bedrooms. Cars are limited to 2 on property unless organized otherwise prior to your arrival. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10PM - 7AM. Palm Springs has a strict quiet hour policy and you will face penalties for violating these rules. Medium and loud music is not permitted in the backyard. Palm Springs has strict vacation home music policies, and if violated you will be reported by neighbors. We love music, but cannot control these city policies unfortunately! Spa heat is available for guests but do NOT touch any pool heat buttons, or heat the pool without organizing a pool heat fee with owner prior to arrival. You are agreeing to being charged for heating fees, should you turn on the pool heat. No professional photo or video shoots may be conducted on the property without the owner's knowledge. Failure to book a proper photo or video booking will result in penalties and removal.
