About the Space

The modern loft with big glass windows and beautiful outside space is a photographer's dream come true. The loft is located in a prime Fishtown location, and is perfect for various photography shoots. Man made beach is a beautiful backdrop for beach-themed photo shoots and product photography. The loft's outside space is also perfect for portrait photography, with plenty of natural light and beautiful scenery to work with.

This is in the middle of Fishtown and parking can be tricky after 5 PM. Rather easy in the middle of the day

There is abundant natural light due to multiple big windows, it can be blocked out only partially with window coverings.

It is a typical Fishtown street. It can be pretty busy at times, especially when everyone starts get back home and people start coming out on the streets.

Space is not designed for heavy equipment, but there is 6 ft access gate if bigger items needs to be brought in (only outside area and only with permission of the host)

General Rules

No shoes in the house (just because there is sand beaches all around). Flippers are provided. Food allowed only in the outside area. Food incurs $100 cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking in the building.

We have couple cameras pointed to street and back yard

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

At our establishment, we take the health and safety of our guests very seriously. That's why we have implemented a thorough cleaning process to ensure that our guests can enjoy a clean and safe environment during their stay. Our cleaning process includes the use of hospital-grade disinfectants and cleaning products that are effective in killing germs and viruses. Our linens and towels are washed at high temperatures to ensure that they are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. We want our guests to feel safe and comfortable during their stay with us, and our thorough cleaning process is just one of the ways we are working to achieve that goal.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
