The main floor of our home is an open-concept area with the following spaces: living room, kitchen, powder room, and courtyard - all available for your use. This would be perfect for a photo shoot or small gathering for business or personal events. There is a ton of natural light and minimal decor - what is in the space is well-designed and can work for a variety of situations - in order to really maximize the available options/uses. Note: If you require additional spaces [bedroom, office, etc] please inquire. They are not included in the listing currently but can be available for an additional fee if need be!
