About the Space
Whether you’re interested in starting a podcast or a seasoned podcaster, we invite you to record from our cozy & creative studios designed for quality audio and video. Our team can full manage your podcast from start to finish including producing, editing, and distribution of your podcast. If you prefer to edit and manage your own podcast but just need a space and equipment to record, we’ve got you covered! You will also have access to our lobby, and our kitchen areas, where we have self-serve coffee machines, full size refrigerator, microwaves, sinks, tables, chairs and more. The office is non-smoking and pet free. Office is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the conference room.

We have reserved parking in front of the building.
Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is no natural light in the creative studios. All lighting is from the studio lights. You are welcome to bring additional lighting.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
The Podcast Studio is completely soundproof. The Studio has soundproof walls and door.
Crew access
Ground Floor
Equipment loading description
Equipment can be brought in by the front door. We do have a loading dock for any large items. The use of the loading dock will require prior notice so we have the staff available to assist in opening and closing the loading dock.
Staging area is available
We have multiple common areas including the cafe that can be used for crew to standby when they are not in the studio rental. As far as makeup and wardrobe, please contact us to see if any other rooms are available and if we can coordinate that for your rental time frame.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
At Soliman Productions we have multiple studios available for rent. Please only use the studio(s) you rented for your project at that time. If you have any questions about any other areas please ask the nearest staff member.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have multiple outlets in each studio and extension cords as well. If access to the circuit breaker is ever needed, please seek the assistance of the nearest staff member.

General Rules
Please arrive at the studio at least 20 minutes before your booking time.
Your start and end times are the times booked for. ie - If your booking is for 12pm to 4pm, your session starts at 12pm and will end at 4pm.
Cancellations 24 hours or less of the date scheduled will be non-refundable.
Please note this is just a space rental, but if you would like to hire one of our production professionals with your rental please contact us.
Please clean up as you go and leave the studio in the same condition as you found it.
No smoking in the building.
No drugs or alcohol use in the building.
No Pets allowed unless previously discussed beforehand.
No glitter or confetti or poppers can be used.
Please report damages, problems, and any concerns immediately to the studio personnel.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
In the event that furniture or decor needs to be moved, please seek the assistance of the nearest staff member.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras around the perimeter of the building . Additionally, we have security cameras in the hallways and common areas inside the office. There are also security cameras inside the rental studios, in the event this interferes with your project, please send us a message.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected in between bookings in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
