This room offers a large meeting table that can seat up to 10 people. There are also ample charging stations and free WiFi for your guests. Food and beverage can be added as an option in the room, and hosts and guests can receive exclusive discounts on rooms in our hotel should you need accommodations. Please Note: Meeting room rental will be reduced if F&B is added. If you need a break throughout the day from the meeting room, our rooftop offers gorgeous skyline views of Nashville with a wraparound 1000 sq/ft terrace and indoor/outdoor seating for breakaways.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
