Phone tripods, several Ring Lights, Soft Boxes, Continuous Light, several LED panels, Umbrellas, Gimbal. Changing Room with clothing rack. Coffee maker, water, fridge/freezer. Restrooms. Elevator. State Board inspected and approved, license, insured. Open space/loft perfect for creatives in downtown KC. Ideal for beauty portraits, creative head shots, commercial head shots, ADV/campaign, editorial photo shoots, content creation, bridal suite. 🚨 ** PLEASE NOTE ** 🚨 Currently, two estheticians operate their own businesses from our private suite within the studio. As a result, during your rental, you may or may not have the space entirely to yourself. Their clients may access the hallway, enter and exit their room during your stay, but this will not interfere with your experience on the main floor. The estheticians’ suite is located behind the silver/metallic door. We may accommodate full-privacy bookings for last-minute requests, subject to availability. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
