About the Space
Our colorful and well lit space has been host to musicals, recitals, theater productions, home schools, wedding parties, office presentations and concerts! We have multiple spaces to offer that include practice studios, rehearsal spaces and a large event and presentation hall. Two grand pianos are a major feature for recitals and entertaining as well as a sound system and microphones (for an additional fee) available upon request. Comfortable modern couches and chairs for small or large gatherings.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Brian was extremely pleasant to deal with. He had an amazing attitude. The space was beautiful. Perfect for any kind of gathering. The music studios they have in the building were pretty sweet too.

The space was everything we needed to do our pageant and MORE! Brian was approachable and walked me through everything...the space is a great flex space! We were able to have so many people and though it was a large space it was perfect for what we wanted to accomplish! The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, The lighting was adequate during the daytime, a little dim at night and intimate. With a small stage we were able to complete everything we needed to for our event and they have a perfect table for judging!
