- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was excellent. The host was very communicative. The venue had all of the extra touches, both functional (table cloths, lots of extra kitchen supplies, coat and bag storage, etc) and decorative (candles, cute couches, etc), that made my event go smoothly and look good.

Taylor, Sam, and the team were amazing. I had a NY Tech Week event and people kept commenting on the space. Sam and Taylor were critical in making sure that the audio happened as we needed more than the two mics they have on site. Thank you so much and can't wait to book again!

The space was perfect for our 70 person offsite! Taylor the host was super accommodating and she was very responsive! Everyone loved the spac, it was set up prior to arriving and super clean! Our team had a great time. Thank you Taylor for a great day!

She is kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating and so is the rest of the staff team. They’re generous with ideas and flexibility, really delightful to work with. The space is enormous, totally equipped with every possible amenity, from extra seating to staffing available for purchase, and simply breathtaking. Incredible vibe! Our 75 guests were raving and many are still talking about it the next day. Our modest and somewhat anniversary party and vow renewal ceremony was a complete hit, even with the most conservative of guests, and we couldn’t imagine that happening elsewhere at this hourly rate and so conveniently located near public transportation. Our photographer really appreciated the great lighting. Totally recommended! Love, love, love these folx as well as the space! Book them right now, I mean it!

She was 90% of the reason why this was one of the smoothest experiences ever. The space was made for our party and Taylor was so great on helping go over ideas of placement and other ideas. She was so helpful on the day of and was so easy to get in touch with. SEVERAL people asked me how I found this place. That was how great it was. Big thank you to Taylor! You rock!!!
