About the Space
Large, open floor plan space in an elevator building. There are two living room setups with couches and armchairs that can be rearranged to your preference. Modest kitchen with an antique bar setup. There are also chairs available for classroom or discussion group setups. Space is ideal for groups of up to 100 and has comfortably hosted networking events, classes and workshops, photography shoots, video shoots, and martial arts classes. There is a dual speaker setup with soundboard available for use, as well as completely customizable Hue light bulbs in every fixture. There is a 7 hour, or $2800 minimum for Friday and Saturday evenings after 4:00 PM

A professional cleaner is hired between every event at the space. Additional cleaning can be requested.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
