About the Space
If you are a photographer, videographer, film producer or drone pilot in need of an outdoor shooting venue or backlot, I have the perfect spot for you. Perfect for any photographer looking for a great location for family or individual portrait shoots. We have set up a number of sets and props on the property that are yours to use as part of the rental. You will find our place to be very quiet, peaceful and private. We are pet friendly (including horses). This is the backlot of our video production facility, so if you are a drone photographer looking to test out a new piece of equipment come rent our property to practice your piloting skills. The rentals for this listing are only for the use of the property and outdoor sets. Please see our other listings for indoor studios rentals. Pricing - for up to 10 people - 2 hour minimum. $40/hour - weekdays - standard business hours (M-F, 8am - 5pm) $50/hour - evenings, weekends and holidays For shoots of 11 - 100 people, please contact Vic for a custom quote based on your specific activity. This is for an outdoor rental of our property. No cleaning fee will be charged unless you leave the trash or damage any of the equipment, furniture, or props. There is no need to wear a mask while shooting on the property (unless you want to). We have an outdoor kitchen with a sink for hand washing.
