Back yard with grilling area that offers a gas grill, Komodo joe smoker and a wok burner. Grass area great for playing lawn games. Upper deck has comfortable seating around a gas fire pit. Indoor party room has a full bath with shower, sink, mini refrigerator, microwave, kerig coffee machine, large TV with surround sound. This space is great for birthday parties, family parties, graduation celebration, other celebrations and work events. Private entrance

Yes, I would book again.

This was a great place to have a party. The grill, the fire pit, the countertop space, and the lawn space were all perfect. Everyone at the party was complimenting the space. Allicia was a great host too! Very responsive and kind.

Lovely space! Was perfect for our group of 30 something guests. Only regret was not booking it for longer! Would book again without hesitation.

This space was perfect! We hosted an baby shower for about 40-45 people, and everything worked out wonderfully. It didn;t feel crowded, the indoor space was nice for people got cold, the grill area is amazing, and the overall experience was so easy. I would definitely recommend renting this space. The hosts are great.

This space was perfect! We hosted an baby shower for about 40-45 people, and everything worked out wonderfully. It didn;t feel crowded, the indoor space was nice for people got cold, the grill area is amazing, and the overall experience was so easy. I would definitely recommend renting this space. The hosts are great.
