There is an entrance lobby with seating and a desk, but the bulk of the space is an open industrial studio. Total size is 4,100 sq ft and includes lobby, two studio spaces and two bathrooms. Studio is best suited for: - Dance/performance rehearsals (excluding Tap or Heels) - Yoga classes - Kid's birthday parties - Private or group lessons - Art Exhibits - Pop Up Shops - Workshops - Meet and Greets Studio is NOT suited for dance styles including: - Tap shoes - Heels

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
