California state law requires that public meeting spaces be cleaned and sanitized to prevent the spread of infectious diseases, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. In compliance with these regulations, we ensure that our public meeting spaces are cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.
We use EPA-registered disinfectants that are effective against a wide range of viruses and bacteria, including SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. Our staff is trained to follow CDC guidelines and state regulations for cleaning public spaces, including frequently touched surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and light switches.
We also provide hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for our guests to use throughout their stay in our public meeting spaces. We encourage all attendees to follow proper hygiene practices, including washing their hands frequently, wearing masks, and practicing social distancing.
In addition, we have increased the frequency of our cleaning and disinfecting procedures and implemented additional measures to maintain a clean and safe environment, such as replacing air filters and providing adequate ventilation.
By complying with California state regulations and implementing these cleaning and sanitizing measures, we are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our guests in our public meeting spaces.
