We offer a full studio (approximately 2,000 sq ft with 400 amp electrical) with adjacent restroom/dressing area with color-temperature adjustable lighted mirror, jib, slider, sound, portable lighting, audio, dual Sony FX9 cameras, and other amenities available for rental. IFB connection for live news shots. A full editing suite with CAT 8 cabling (running 10gb network connection) is available, as is our crew of award-winning production staff. We also offer a 12x12x9.5 cyclorama infinity wall. Available for hourly, daily, or long-term film studio rental, located near Highway 528 and Northern Blvd. in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, just north of Albuquerque. We’re a Qualified Film Vendor, #L1968248176, with NM Taxation and Revenue.

Mulitple free parking spaces are available with ADA access, and a backlot production vehicles can use with roll-up door access.

8 LED color adjustable lights available for rental. 2 lowel kits also available. There is no lighting grid (one day)

There are two large roll-up doors for easy access to the space. A semi is able to back into the parking lot for unloading.

General Rules

No smoking/vaping in the building. Outside catering is allowed. No alcohol unless for production activities. No firearms unless for production activities.

All ages are allowed in the space

The space is empty, feel free to bring in any props needed.

Security cameras and recording devices

Multiple security cameras and alarm system are in use.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

Studio space and other areas are cleaned after each production use.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
