All guests MUST RESPECT the space and we ask all guests to tidy up after themselves. Minimal cleaning fee is charged due to this expectation. Any equipment or rentals brought in must be moved prior to checkout time. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on wall. Any sticky material used must be thoroughly removed in a way not to damage wall paint. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) billed on cc.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
