About the Space
Need a private conference room for a few hours or for the day? Our conference room can seat up to 10 people tight and 8 people comfortably. The room has a white board and television with HDMI hookup and converters for Mac computers. The conference room has high ceiling, floor to ceiling windows, and a view the city and Seattle's Space Needle. This conference room rental is strictly for the room and not for common spaces. If you need more space or need to take calls outside the conference room we suggest booking one of our other venues in the same building that are larger.

We clean the office and spaces regularly with disinfecting sprays and also open windows and doors for ventilation.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
