The health and wellbeing of our team and guests is the #1 priority of Second Sol Studios. We have implemented a routine cleaning plan in accordance with CDC guidelines. After every use of the studio, we complete a deep clean with includes but is not limited to; cleaning high touch surfaces with disinfectant, clean all soft surfaces such as carpets, couches, and rugs, disinfect any and all equipment, clean linens, and all team members wash or sanitize their hands before and after leaving the studio.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
