About the Space
Space is perfect for small gatherings and photoshoots! The yard is large and has dynamic settings: evergreen swing hammock area, bridge to garden area and chickens, creek around the perimeter of the property, large willow trees, etc. Open kitchen with island and peninsula seating. Family room with couch for seating up to 8.

We had a baby birthday party here and it was an absolutely perfect night! I needed a place to have good space for adults and for kids to have a good time, and knew that this was the place. The home was very clean and Carolyn was very accommodating with every request I had. The porch was large enough to fit all 25 of us and the kids had so much fun exploring the backyard. The chickens were fun, the bridge was perfect photo op during golden hour, and the yard was very large for all the kids to run around and be silly. Inside was very clean and perfectly designed to have intimate parties. Had incredible wholesome vibes.

Carolyn was an amazing host. Kind, gracious, understanding & v helpful! The space itself is absolutely stunning. We got some gorgeous pictures! Inside of the house is beautifully decorated, the deck was wonderful for relaxing and the yard is so spacious and beautiful. We rented the tables as well and put them out on the deck which was perfect. The chickens are adorable and so were the little parrots! It really is an oasis for itself. Our friends had a wonderful time. Thank you SO much!

I had a small prom send off here it was spacious and gave a really nice at home vibe with great a scenery in the back, I’ll be reconsidering this place definitely for my bridal shower. The deck is spacious as well for sitting back and enjoy what’s in front of you, which is sheer beauty🤗

Amazing! I booked this last minute. Carolyn responded quickly to check availability and was so helpful with accommodating my needs for the venue. All my expectations were exceeded. I am definitely recommending this place. I hosted a private dinner and the guests had a great time. The setting was very welcoming and set the right tone for the dinner. Definitely booking this venue again.
