Our aim was to create an atmosphere of calm relaxation as a counterpoint to the active nature of our city. The 3rd floor offers another bedroom with queen size bed, a laundry/playroom that is outfitted with lots of toys, games, and books for children, an office with a fold out double sofa bed, and additional bath. Located in the heart of Victorian Brooklyn near Prospect Park, this leafy block is quiet and peaceful. It is near by the diverse Church Avenue, where an adventurous palette will find foods and people from all over the world. Walk through the adjacent neighborhood of Ditmas Park, famous for its historic mansions, or up into Windsor Terrace, a quaint neighborhood known for its hole-in-the-wall gems. Prospect Park contains the Brooklyn Zoo, Botanical Gardens, and Brooklyn Museum, the Lefrak Center with many playgrounds and water features.
