Westside Production Space

This space is conveniently located near the 405 and Santa Monica Blvd off Sawtelle Ave. This facility is perfect for filming your next production either inside or outside or both. The space can be rented for filming as two different areas including a 4000 sq/ft open space with 16ft ceilings inside our main building as well as a 5000 sq/ft gated outdoor parking lot for a variety of filming needs! Either space can be rented alone or together in any fashion depending on the size of your event! Open Floor - This space is a 4000 sq/ft open space with 16ft ceilings. It is perfect for a variety of filming uses including events or large groups of people or party scenes, etc. The space opens onto Santa Monica Blvd for great visual traffic if desired! Outdoor Gated Lot - The outdoor gated lot is a 5000 sq/ft recently updated parking lot which is perfect for any kind of outdoor production or parking scene or filming an event. The space is available for filming most nights and weekends whenever you would like to be under the sun or stars on the westside! Cameras, lights, G&E and production equipment are available to rent separately directly at the facility. Green screen, various colors of seamless, and other background options are available for separate rental fees. A separate fully soundproof stage also on sight is available to rent as well on Peerspace. Either space rental includes access to our kitchen and bathrooms, etc. and various parking options are available.
