Versatile enough to host groups up to 35 people. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - Large Dining/ Meeting Table - Kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, warming drawers, convection oven, sink and ample counter space for prepping and serving - Wi-Fi **No stove within space** FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
