We offer access to 2,480sqft. Space equipped with audio and visual systems, video 100" Video Wall, staging, chiavari chairs, round or rectangle tables, drapes, beaded curtains, table settings, centerpieces, slate white dance floor, cocktail tables, bar, security, kitchenette, chaffing dishes, photography studio, content room, back drop nook, 2 bathrooms, amp parking, hostess quarter and so much more all at affordable prices. Some of the amenities listed above are not included in the hourly rate. They are ADD-ONS for an additional fee such as centerpieces, chaffing dishes, bar, bistro table set, and much more. See below for what's included in the hourly rate. We also provide space for consultations, meetings, office computer use, workshops, trainings, classes, conferences, and mixers! Hourly Rates Ask about our all inclusive event packages and The Royal Civil Wedding Package! Please be sure to include your set up time and break down time in your event schedule. So if your event starts at 2pm and ends at 5pm you need an hour to set up your event and an hour to tear down your event. The time you would enter is 1pm to 6pm. HOURLY RATE PRICING INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: (Table Linens are not included. You may rent them if desired). *Tables- Your choice of Round or Rectangle or Combination *Chiavari Chairs or Fold Resin Chairs (Must provide own seat covers if desired) *Custom Lighting *Audio & Visual Setup *White Draping with Crystal Bead Curtains *Post Event Cleaning- Corner Occasions provides the following major cleaning services after your event: - Vacuum of facility - Mopping of facility floors -Cleaning of Restrooms - Kitchenette Cleaning **Host must complete end of event clean up as listed in the agreement.** Security Guard is required for all rental events see details under rules before booking. We hosted my sisters surprise baby shower here and we had a great time! Outside of the area where your guests sit, there is a special area for your food or catering/ bartender. There are nice lights that make the environment feel upscale and everything was clean and in good condition. Deedee was also very quick to reply and everything was smooth.

I hosted a Baby shower here and it was Amazing, the space was good the host was Polite understanding and very reasonable and professional, I'd recommend this venue to plenty.

The host was kind and very helpful and my overall experience was incredibly. DeeDee was absolutely wonderful! She was very helpful and accommodated our needs including the decor and lighting inside. There was plenty of space for our baby shower (55 people). I would definitely recommend this space and/or use again for our next celebration.
