- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

It was a great space, easy to get in and out of for our business meeting. The host was very responsive, and the space was exactly as described and pictured in their post.

The space itself was very nice and there was plenty of seating for everyone. I liked the decor in the space and there was plenty of space for pictures to be taken. The biggest issue was it was hard to find and the instructions of how to get to the space were not clear. Parking near the building was difficult, but it eventually opened up. Unloading and loading was hard as someone has to have the LATCH app. The LATCH app had trouble working and connecting since we weren’t on the WiFi. You can’t connect to the WiFi unless you’re a resident. The location itself is called Clubhouse, on the second floor. Once exiting the elevator, turn right and walk down the hall toward the pool and that is the clubhouse. We really liked opening the bifold windows and having the fresh air, but also enough space for people to maneuver around.

I used this place for my graduation celebration. I love this place so much. It was cozy and familiar. I would booked it again for my next events. However, there was garbage already in the trash can and I have to clean the main table and the counters because there were all dirty.

We really enjoyed the space. Only thing is that I wish that we had an extra key to use. I didn’t think to ask at the time. But other than that, great space, the people in the office were really helpful and accommodating. We’d definitely book again

Communication with the front desk staff was easy and staff were very friendly. We received information regarding entry to the venue and parking 2 months prior to the event, so we were able to plan ahead very early on. The space was beautiful. Looks as advertised. The venue was very clean upon our arrival. The bathroom was also clean and conveniently located near the venue. The oven was easy to use. Cons: dishwasher and fireplace did not work which we were wanting to use for our event. We were unable to also use the freezer storage as it was covered in ice. If you are needing fridge space, it is very small. Other than these cons, we enjoyed our experience with booking this venue.

We booked this space for a photo shoot. It worked out great. Was versatile for different backgrounds. The space was clean and neat. It was a little difficult to find. You check in with the property mgmt office for information and directions. Great value.
