About the Space
Located in the heart of downtown San Jose, our club house offers the ideal space for meetings, team events, parties and presentations. Versatile enough to host groups up to 50 people with full kitchenette and break out space. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 36 - Conference Room Table - Additional Open Seating - Pool View - Shuffleboard - Pool Table - Wifi - Kitchenette equipped with sink - Restrooms (located in the fitness center next door) *No access to TVs* We do not allow decorations or signs to be taped, stapled, or pined to our walls or artwork as it damages the space. This is strictly enforced. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. PARKING There is no parking onsite for hosts and guests. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

The space was great, plenty of room for my daughter’s baby shower, everything was clean. The key fobs and parking were a challenge ( no parking on Bush on Saturdays) and the place was a little hard for my guests to find but overall a successful event!

The event space was PERFECT for my sister's baby shower. The Billiards Table & Shuffleboard Table provided a ton of fun for guests, and the counter space had so much room to serve all the food we brought. The fridge held all of our drinks, and the thing we loved best was that there were multiple places to sit down and mingle. This is the perfect solution for anyone who doesn't have a home big enough to host a get together for about 40 people. The only things that were unfortunate was that 1 of the 2 key fobs provided did not work, and the bathrooms weren't serviced prior to touring the space a day before the event. Thankfully, the front office admin put in a request with maintenance to get the toilet paper refilled and the bathrooms cleaned, so just be sure to check the bathroom when you pick up the key! And also test BOTH of the key fobs out when you get them, not just one like we did! Overall, 10/10, super happy with the space. Would book again!

Very responsive host and as advertised. The bathroom was kind of far for guests to come in and out but was overall a great venue. The housekeeper lady was so helpful and accommodating. I wish she could accept tips but she was very helpful to assist in discarding items with me. It would be nice to have the T.V.s functional but we loved the different areas that were used as stations for arts/crafts. Will book again. Also, don't hesitate to ask the host to adjust the temperature for you in case it gets too hot or cold.

Great space and perfect for our party. Spacious, comfortable and fun. Kitchen was convenient, everything was clean. TVs weren’t connected to channels but one did have music and the other two had nice screen savers so it was a nice addition. Asher was awesome and very helpful!! Great experience!

I decided to rent this space for my son’s first birthday and all my guests loved the space. When I arrived the cleaning lady had just finished cleaning the space so it’s still had that “chemical smell.” However, the space worked well for my son’s birthday. Guests stated it was a bit confusing to find building 3. No one had trouble with parking along side of the building. Community management was very helpful answering all my questions regarding what is allow and not allowed. They have a mini fridge that’s decent size, microwave, and sink to clean dishes. Bringing out all the garbage was easy to dispose. Everything turned out great and plenty of seating for my guests. I just needed to bring a table for the dessert table. My only suggestion is possibly give more than 2 key FOB’s as sometimes guests need to use the bathroom or go out to their car and I also used a FOB to let guests inside throughout the party. So me and my husband were the only ones who had it and were running around. The pool table and other game board entertain my guest. I loved the extra area behind the kitchen where there was a couch for extra seating and where our balloon artist had all the kids entertained. All in all I was satisfied with the space for my the party!

We arrived early for setup and all of the surfaces in the room looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while and some of the walls were dirty and the trash can was already full. One of the cleaners showed up a few minutes before our event started to do some light weight cleaning but we had already done most of the clean up by then. This was a little disappointing because clean up should have happened well before our event. Again, the space is nice overall just some things to consider before booking. I also appreciated the venue staff were very accommodating and easy to work with when it came to scheduling and getting the fobs to the venue.
