Seven parking spots are provided inside our gated parking lot, with additional parking available on South Akard Street directly in front of our offices.

FURNITURE While furniture may be moved, please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. Furniture in the rooms should not be moved without approval. OVERTIME According to Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated, and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it and tidy up afterward. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals they bring in, and they should factor in the setup and teardown time into their booking hours. Guests will also be responsible for any damages or lost items in the space. Please take great care of our space. Do not use tape, gummed backing materials, nails, screws, staples, or any penetrating items on our walls. The use of glitter or confetti is not permitted without prior approval. Damages to walls, floors, furniture, etc., will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS Smoking is strictly prohibited in the space.
