Built in 1897, this historic home has been used as a community hall, vaudeville theater, glass museum and church. Perfect for pop-up art exhibitions, intimate receptions or meetings, filmshoots and photoshoots. 18 min from downtown Baltimore, BWI and MARC train to DC. Capacity furnished for 12 and up to 20 with concierge additional chairs and catering. More than 20 can be considered for additional fee. Street parking available. The first floor features a 1400 square foot auditorium (48 by 29 feet) originally built to accommodate town-hall meetings featuring 15 foot ceilings and a stage at one end. Above the stage is a large mural, painted on a wooden canvas that was discovered hidden in the walls of the grand staircase during a restoration. Historic lamps are refurbished and beautifully hung from the ceilings over the stage to accentuate the space. Floors are heart pine from the original construction. The stage wings have been refashioned to accommodate a fully updated kitchen and butler‘s pantry. Features include Deft ceramic tile imported from the Netherlands, gorgeous marble countertops, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and LCD lighting. The butler's pantry has matching marble countertops, a built-in wine rack and glass-fronted cabinets. The upstairs was originally laid out to accommodate the Order's offices but has been converted to living space. There is a dressing room and en suite full bath for clients use at the top of the grand staircase.

Bookings are spaced one week to one month apart and cleaned professionally in between. Clients are liable for any repercussions of self-management as per CDC regulations concerning hygiene, social distancing and PPE.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
