We follow a thorough cleaning process to maintain the studio's cleanliness and provide you with a comfortable space. Here are some details about our cleaning process: 1. Preparing for Your Arrival: - Before your arrival, we conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the studio space to ensure it is in excellent condition for your use. - Our dedicated cleaning staff performs tasks such as dusting surfaces, vacuuming or mopping floors, and sanitizing frequently touched areas. 2. Cleaning Supplies: - We provide basic cleaning supplies for your convenience, including cleaning solutions, wipes, and trash bags. - Feel free to utilize these supplies during your session to maintain cleanliness throughout your time in the studio. 3. Your Cleaning Responsibilities: - As a guest renting our studio, we kindly request that you take responsibility for keeping the studio clean during your session. - Before your departure, we ask that you perform general cleaning tasks, such as sweeping or vacuuming the floors, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring props and equipment are properly stored. 4. Trash and Waste Disposal: - We have designated trash bins available in the studio for your convenience. - Please dispose of any trash or debris in the provided bins before leaving. This helps us maintain a clean and inviting environment for the next guests. 5. Post-Rental Inspection: - After your session, our team will conduct a post-rental inspection to ensure the studio is left in a clean and tidy condition. - We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the cleaning guidelines and leaving the studio in the same clean state as when you arrived. By following these cleaning practices, we can collectively maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our studio, ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
