With 15 chairs, 4 tables, and 2 private restrooms readily available. Amenities: - A fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen coupled with gourmet coffee for that much-needed pick-me-up Food and Alcohol Policies: We embrace your food preferences by allowing outside food at our location. To keep the celebrations going, we also allow BYO alcohol ensuring your event is a memorable one. Key Features: The venue's location in Addison, TX makes it an easily accessible destination. Add on: Marble Lounge: The Marble Lounge is the charming extension of our main event area, a cozy inviting open space designed for conversation, comfort, and a touch of class. It's the perfect spot to add to your event when you need that little extra space for guests to mingle and relax. At the heart of The Marble Lounge are two chic rectangular cocktail tables with elegant marble tops. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW: For reservations, time must include set up and clean up time. The studio includes two private restrooms. The unique design and layout offers the perfect blend of private office space and common areas for conversation and collaboration. Following the vision "community over competition", the coworking space blends private and public working spaces that give solo designers both individual work space and a sense of belonging while working alongside colleagues for camaraderie and inspiration. From professionally designed and furnished common areas for relaxing and networking, to a state-of-the art kitchen with gourmet coffee to recharge and focus, Our coworking space offers a work environment that is never boring. Our conference room is ideal for client presentations and private meetings in a well appointed space with noise-reducing acoustic panels to comfortable seating for those important appointments. Show your design on HD TV with plenty of room for showcasing samples and finishes. Your client will appreciate the white-glove treatment and pampering. The Resource Library is a great place to source all the details that make a great design. From construction finishes to all types of textiles at your fingertips, designs can begin just steps away from your office. Need something we don't have on site? We can get that memo for you, just ask! Material "check out" options are also available. For total privacy on those video calls, head back to our Zoom Room that is insulated for sound and has a great wallpaper backdrop! Just put the "busy" sign outside of the door and you're good to go!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
