There are two parking spaces in the driveway directly in front of our place for your use.

No Disruptive Parties No Smoking Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional fee No Loud Music No Excessive noise after 10pm If excessive cleaning or trash haul needs to take place there will be an extra fee 2 cars parked in the spaces in front of the townhouse, there is first come first serve guest parking up the street - no parking in the street Only 2 Pets allowed - with the $75 fee (additional pets are $25/pet) No pets on the furniture Use the paddle boards, lake stairs & rafts provided at your own risk Swim at your own risk If you dock a boat, only use the bulkhead directly in front of our town house Any land activities (yard games, fishing, getting in and out of the water) must be done directly in front of our property. Do not go in front of other peoples property to fish/swim/play. Any boats you rent/own and bring to our property must be removed prior to checkout, no boats can be parked permanently on our bulkhead No boat trailers can be parked at our place or in guest parking. If you are bringing your own boat, you need to coordinate with one of the public boat ramps on the lake. You will receive an email from us after the booking with a link to the local public boat ramps. Be mindful of the neighbors around you, be respectful of their property, do not use any of their items. Do not disturb them. Must get approval for anyone coming to the property that isn't staying the night Be mindful of the AC: If it is excessively hot outside and the house isn’t at your desired temperature, please only lower the temperature on the thermostat 2 degrees at a time an turn the fan on. This will prevent over working the AC and ultimately cool the house Make sure all doors are locked before leaving the house for any outings (Do not lock the bottom knob on the front door) Checkout is 11AM sharp, there is a $100 fee for late checkout that is not approved 24 hour or more ahead of time Please use your best judgment
