Our beautiful lounge is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and formal dining. A pool table and shuffleboard will surely entertain the crowd! - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had a really positive experience renting this space for our daughter’s first birthday celebration. The space was clean, as pictured, very spacious. The residents crossing through were barely noticeable and a non issue. Our only suggestion would be to provide better details in the listing on which apartment building you’re supposed to enter. Overall we had a great experience and would def use this space again.

This space was great for our needs and had everything we needed. A few items to note are the building is not clearly marked with the number and in fact is says the building section number only (1000) which is not the same as the address so we had many guests confused and calling us. This should be noted in the breakdown of details for the space for any future renters. Since we started at 9am on a Saturday the attendant was not there so be aware that you will need to prop the door open for people to come and go since the door will be locked until 10am. Also, there was a party the night before and the trash was overflowing so we had to find a place to store the trash. Finally, the gym is right off this space and the tenants kept leaving the door open so the loud thud of metal weights being dropped on the ground was consistent until I asked them to keep the door closed. Which they did no problem and we could no longer hear it. There will be tenants coming and going through the space but it wasn't a problem for us. Overall, this space was fantastic. Appreciated that we were able to access the TV for our slide show and the kitchen area was huge. Loved the fresh flowers too!!

Lauren was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of inquiring about the space, to the day of the event and throughout the process in between. Her instructions were clear and always followed up to any questions either the same day or next day. The space overall is exactly how it's pictured. It's spacious enough for 50 people with a large kitchenette that had 2 mini fridges, 2 TVs, and a ton of sitting space. You'll definitely have tenants of the building walking around and into the space to get to other areas but it was never intrusive. 10/10 experience and I would consider it again if I have another event to host.
