Luna and Sam we amazing hosts and their space is spectacular. They are very accommodating and helpful, even on a last minute booking. Their space very large, versatile, clean, and well-kept. We would definitely rent from them again.

Luna, and the other people who manage this space did an incredible job. They were very responsive and accommodating to whatever I needed. They truly made my wife’s birthday party very special.

My wife and I loved the space and were very pleased with how the event turned out overall. We have to be honest though about how unreliable and seemingly unorganized Luna was. Oftentimes she would not answer any phone calls and usually replied “please text”. Often she would say that she'd call us back shortly but then hours and days would go by before hearing anything from her. She also seemed to consistently forget who she was communicating to and asked us to resend duplicate info that was sent multiple times before even asking us to submit an application when one had already been completed. To be fair, when we were finally able to get her on the phone, she was polite, pleasant, and helpful, but that was few and far between. I recommend she may need to hire an assistant to keep her desk organized. On the day of the event when we were setting up, there was even another client who she approved to do a walk-in in the middle of our event. It was very unprofessional. I will say her staff at the venue were generally helpful albiet not able to effectively communicate in english very well which led to a little uncertainty and confusion on both ends. Overall, we loved the venue and would choose it again if it were a different owner or at least with vastly more organization.
