We take cleaning very seriously. Our cleaners thoroughly clean between each booking, using disinfectants on all surfaces. All linens, sheets, and towels are also thoroughly washed and dried. Here are some of the specific cleaning procedures we follow: - We vacuum and mop all surfaces, including the floors, furniture, and carpets. - We dust all surfaces, including the furniture, light fixtures, and appliances. - We clean the bathrooms, including the toilet, sink, and bathtub. - We make the bed with clean linens, sheets, and towels. - We disinfect all surfaces that are likely to be touched by guests, such as doorknobs, light switches, and faucets. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
