Welcome to our home! Bring your production to life at our beautiful and bright Berkeley home in. Our space is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and all creative projects. You and your team will have access to our beautiful yard, which features a dining table, comfortable seating, garden beds, a gas fire pit, and a barbecue. Our indoor space is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, open concept dining room and living room, and a bathroom upstairs. Additionally, the bedroom may be made available for certain shoots, please contact us for your request. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Beautiful home perfect for our short film! Several lovely rooms gave us options to get the different looks we needed. Gets good light through the living room and bedroom windows. Juliana was a courteous, responsive host and the space came just as advertised. It's a nice neighborhood and easy to find. During our shoot parking was plentiful. Would definitely book again!
