Welcome to our home! Bring your production to life at our beautiful and bright Berkeley home in. Our space is perfect for photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and all creative projects. You and your team will have access to our beautiful yard, which features a dining table, comfortable seating, garden beds, a gas fire pit, and a barbecue. Our indoor space is very comfortable with a fully stocked kitchen, open concept dining room and living room, and a bathroom upstairs. Additionally, the bedroom may be made available for certain shoots, please contact us for your request. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
