About the Space
The Onset Beach Compound Resort is a 3-cottage venue located just a walk away from the heart of Onset Village. The entire resort is rentable for parties, weddings, birthday parties, business meetings, etc. Enjoy the private Compound green next to our Crab house which includes grills, outdoor seating, lawn games, and more. Under our Mermaid house is Kilian's Locker, a wet storage unit where you can find all-inclusive kayaks, boats, life vests, fishing gear, and other necessities. Take a look next to the Flamingo house and find our private hot tub, which is cleaned and maintained every day. Each cottage has indoor kitchens and dining tables which can be used as meeting rooms if needed. The entire resort will be available to you, your friends and family, as well as all of the fun activities around you!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
