About Dearly Studio
Operates primarily as a micro-wedding chapel, but benefits from a modular floorplan and easily removable furniture, making it a great fit for product or other photo/video shoots. Dearly can also be rented out as an event space. The space itself is about 340sqft and square-shaped. The "altar" area has a removable semicircle stage and a non-removable elegant wooden backdrop.

Parking description
Dearly Studio is located in the heart of Union Square. There is a variety of metered street parking and free 2-hour parking spots in the surrounding area.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building
- Outside catering is allowed
- Dearly is a licensed space. If you would like the bar to be in operation during your booking, prior notice is required. No BYO alcohol is permitted.
- No glitter or confetti
- Any decor or modifications to the space (temporary adhesive or otherwise) must be OK'd in writing prior to your reservation.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned between bookings in accordance with local guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
