*PLEASE NOTE THAT STUDIO HAS VALENTINE'S DAY SETUP FROM JANUARY 15th to FEBRUARY 15th* SEE PHOTOS Two well-lit rooms (over 700 sq ft) in Studio are perfect for capturing stunning images with plenty of depth and contrast. The large windows facing south and west allow for ample direct sunlight, making it possible to take golden hour photos within the studio. All furniture pieces can be moved around to fit your needs except for mirror and glass items.

1. Live bands or performances are not allowed as our space is not sound-proof. Please be considerate of our neighbors. 2. Confetti and popping champagne are not permitted on the premises. 3. Pets are not allowed on the premises. 4. Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees. 5. Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises. 6. Filming in the hallways or common areas is not allowed. 7. No more than six people are allowed in each studio at any given time. 8. The use of fog or haze machines is not permitted. 9. Children are allowed on the premises but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 10. Moving furniture is allowed, except for mirrors and glass items. Please lift furniture instead of dragging it. 11. Any damage caused to the furniture or studio interior will result in additional fees. 12. Please treat the studio, props, furniture, and all other equipment with respect. 13. Full nudity is not allowed in the studios. 14. Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving. 15. Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges. 16. Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.
