About the Space
The space is best utilized for photo/video shoots, and outdoor get togethers. The interior of the home boasts a minimalist bedroom with excellent lighting, and space for additional equipment. Additionally, the main bathroom is complete with a walk in shower and full glass wall. The main living/dining area is open concept with natural light from the East, South, and West. There is a bar room/sitting area receiving light from the West and South that also leads to an outdoor space. The outdoor space is almost a half acre complete with a dining area, built in pizza oven, and a garden. Outdoor props include a vintage bathtub and bicycle. Full gym and vintage Mercedes-Benz available upon request and availability (see add-ons).

The space is thoroughly cleaned before and after all bookings. Common items used to clean the space include Clorox disinfecting wipes, vinegar, soap and water, vacuum, carpet cleaner, and a floor steam cleaner.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
