Our 250 ft lounge has plenty of seating with two 4 person couches and ottomans. The lounge has a contemporary look with lots of art. There is a very Chic aesthetic including a kitchenette with rolling doors that close and turn into an electricity burnt wood style art piece. The space is perfect for photoshoots, meetings, podcasts, or even music videos.

We have a 24 hour cleaning service that comes daily, as well as staff that cleans the spaces whenever needed before and after sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
