About the Space
Beautiful 15 x 30 oval pool with 6 ft deep end and slide for fun for all ages! The Spanish style covered patio and Saltillo tiled deck are perfect for a medium pool part of 15 - 20. There are two sunshine chairs/beds, and sewing for 12 - 15 The patio umbrellas provide cover for the not so sun thirsty, together with the beautiful palm tree that provides cover for the earlier god in the day.

Parking description
There is Plenty plenty of street parking, plus, on your special day, you’ll have access to our 4 - 5 car driveway.
General Rules
For the safety and fun of all guests, no glass containers are allowed. We will provide disposable cups for your beer and wine.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is one security camera overlooking the driveway, and one overlooking the front door.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
This is access to pool and backyard area only. Bill access to interior of the house is included. Rinsing off is vida outside water source.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
