About the Space
Living room space is used to shoot content. Nice for simple backdrop for film, podcast, small meeting or shoot. The vibe is cozy. There are two other alternative chairs to use in front of the fire place if needed. The space is open 10.5 ft ceiling height. There is a console table on the opposite wall if you need the entire room as content. Great natural light through windows on sunny days but can pin drapes if you would like to show "curtains" over windows. The fireplace is used for aesthetics so ask that it is not used during shoot.*

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
